The Times article focused on conflicts of interest, favoritism, and judicial canons violations by eight current or former district court judges and a sitting federal judge. The Supreme Court is reviewing the three senior judges it appointed and oversees, but the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline has the authority to investigate the other judges spotlighted in the articles.
