Article reports that the Los Angeles County Superior Court dropped Judge Pro Tem Bruce R. Fink from their roster of part-time judges because he refused to hear a woman_s request for a restraining order against her husband because she was an illegal alien. Auroroa Gonzalez accused her husband of emotional and verbal abuse, as well as threatening to call immigration officials. During the restraining order hearing Judge Fink asked Ms. Gonzalez if she was an illegal alien. When she responded that she was, he said that he could have her arrested and deported. He then told Ms. Gonzalez that he was going to count to 20 and if she was still in the courtroom when he was done _she gets arrested and goes to Mexico._ Ms. Gonzalez left and Judge Fink dismissed the case. She later resubmitted her request for a restraining order, which another judge granted.
