A Wilkes Barre Times Leader article notes that of the 7 judicial candidates for six open seats on the Luzerne County, Pennsyvania, Court of Common Pleas, the candidate who spent the least, Molly Hanlon Mirabito, was only one who did not secure a seat.  Collectively, the candidates spent $1.1 million during the campaign duration.
