The Brennan Center's Executive Director Michael Waldman appeared on MSNBC's The Daily Rundown to discuss McComish v. Bennett and the future of campaign finance law. In McComish, the Supreme Court is poised to issue a decision that could make it more difficult for ordinary citizens to compete with big donors in elections. It will be the first time in three decades that the high court rules on public campaign financing.
